I was diagnosed with COVID about 16 days ago and spent 3 days in the hospital. They sent me home once my CRP level was below 2. Now, 10 days later, my CRP is at 4.4. I'm taking Medrol 16 mg and Ecosprin 150 mg, but its gone up. Should I be concerned about this increase?

I've been jogging for the past 9 months and it was going great until last month. Now I'm experiencing shortness of breath even with minimal physical activity and I can't jog or cycle like I used to. I've seen both a cardiologist and a pulmonologist, and my reports are normal. I just can't seem to shake off this feeling. Also, I lost 10 kgs through jogging without any weight loss supplements. I'm really concerned about my wife's health. She recently had an ESR test, and her result came back as 40mmhr. Could this indicate that she might have a TB infection? Also, I'm curious to know what the normal ESR range is when there's an infection involved.
