I've been dealing with a persistent itching throat and throat infections due to the Delhi atmosphere. I do steam inhalations twice a day for about 10 minutes and also gargle with salt water, which the doctor suggested. It helps but the symptoms come back after a few days. I'm wondering if it's safe to add giloy ghanvati to help with the throat issues? Would it interfere with the ashwagandha or create any kind of complication?
