I woke up feeling pretty off with bad stomach pain, nausea, dizziness, bloating, and really awful-smelling burps and farts. I haven't actually vomited, but I'm feeling kind of backed up. What's going on with me?

I'm really worried because I wasn't diagnosed with malaria, but the doctor prescribed me Lariago and now I'm experiencing side effects like vomiting every time I burp or eat. It's been hard to eat anything for the past four days since I took Lariago. I don't have a fever anymore, but I've tried taking Rekool and Rabium for the nausea and vomiting, but they haven't really worked. Plus, I've been dealing with a lot of acidity. Could you suggest something to help with the vomiting?

I've been feeling really weird and tried to make myself vomit by putting my hand in my mouth. But when I spit, I noticed some blood type saliva and felt like something was stuck in my throat. I'm seriously worried. Do you think it's because I put too much pressure on my throat, or maybe my nails caused some bleeding? There weren't large amounts of blood, just some small specks. No other health problems here, and my recent CBC was all normal. What could be causing this? Please help, I'm really scared.
