I woke up this morning with a really sore and swollen uvula, and it's quite painful. I've had a cough for the past few days and have been using Zeet cough syrup and drinking warm water with honey, which helped a bit, but the irritation is still there in my throat. Today, I also noticed a swollen vulva, and when I was cleaning my nose, there was some blood mixed with mucus. It's Sunday, so I can't see a doctor. What should I do?

I don't have any symptoms, but about an hour after the test, I started spitting blood mixed with saliva, and it happened about ten times.
