I'm 21 and I'm really struggling with a lot of pimples and acne right now, which I think might be because of my body having too much internal heat. They're popping up around my nose, near my lips, on my forehead, and cheeks. The ones on my forehead are especially frustrating because they swell up but dont really have any seed or pus in them. Any advice on what might be causing this or how I can treat it?
