Question
I'm 22, and I've noticed that while my penis foreskin retracts normally, it doesn't pull back when I'm erect. The tip stays covered, and I'm not sure what this means or what I should do next. Could you help me figure this out?

When the foreskin of the penis can't be pulled back over the head of the penis, it's called phimosis.consult general surgeon
