Question
I'm 24 next month and I'm really hoping to add a few inches to my height. I've heard growth hormones might help, but I'm not sure how to naturally increase them. I recently lost 20 kilos and noticed my height went from 163cm to 165cm. Is there a way to keep this going? I'm looking for some advice or suggestions.

While it's challenging to significantly increase height after adolescence, you can try to optimize your growth hormone levels through lifestyle modifications, such as: getting adequate sleep (7-9 hours), exercising regularly (high-intensity interval training, stretching, and strength training), reducing stress (yoga, meditation), maintaining a balanced diet rich in protein, vitamin D, and zinc, and considering supplements like arginine, glutamine, and GABA,
