Question

I'm 31 and planning to conceive this year, but I've been told my TSH levels are too high for that, and I might need hormone pills. My Vitamin D is also low at 4.82 ngml. I've heard low Vitamin D can lead to high TSH. Should I start with Vitamin D supplements first? Would that help with the TSH levels, or should I focus on the TSH issue directly? What's your advice on navigating these levels when planning for pregnancy?
