Question
I'm a bit concerned about a recent cardiologist appointment where I was suspected of having an ASD. I'm already taking some home remedies like apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. I've heard about another Ayurvedic medicine called Terminalia Arjuna that's quite common in the market. I'm curious if it's safe to take that while I'm still consulting with an allopathic cardiologist. Would it be okay to try?

Terminalia Arjuna is an Ayurvedic medicine commonly used for heart health. While it may have some benefits, it is important to consult with your cardialogist before adding any new medication to your regimen. They will be able to advise you on the safety and potential interactions of Terminalia Arjuna with your current allopathic treatment.
