Question
I'm a bit concerned because my recent test showed my vitamin D level is 10.4 ngmL. I'm an eggetarian, so I don't eat meat, but I do include eggs in my diet. I'm not really feeling any typical symptoms of vitamin D deficiency right now, but I'm wondering what supplements I should consider and if there are any changes I need to make in my diet. Could you help me figure out how to improve my vitamin D levels?
