Question

I'm a bit confused about my recent test results and could use some advice. My spirometry report came back normal, but my FeNO level is around 35. I'm not sure what this could mean. Could it be a sign of asthma or allergies, or maybe something else? Also, my SPO2 level is consistently at 98. Would love to get a better understanding of all this.

this test indicates the amount of nitric oxide exhaled, which is used to diagnose asthma. since your feno value is increased it might be asthma, but not a confirmatory test

I'm having this breathlessness for the last three days, and its really starting to worry me. I've got this weird feeling of postnasal drip happening but no cold or cough. I've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?
