Question
I'm a bit worried about my uterus being described as bulky and anteverted, with the size at 10.6x5.58x4.53 cm. Do you think this means Ill need surgery, or could it possibly be treated with medication?

It is not a serious problem Is it associated with irregular menstrual cycle, heavy bleeding etc Please reply Meanwhile take Ashokarishta 20 ml Twice a day for 3 months Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Avoid surgery at present
