When I went for a medical check-up for Kuwait, the doctor said I was unfit because of something they found on my chest X-ray. They mentioned something about an abnormal chest and blunting in the right chest CP angle, and there's this white scar on the downside of my chest. I was told there's no medicine for it. What should I do to resolve this issue?

They help for a bit while she's on them, but as soon as she stops, the coughing starts up again. What else can we do or look into to figure out what's going on?
