Question

I'm curious about how long I can safely use Furamist AZ spray. I don't use it every day, just occasionally when I get those annoying allergy sneezes. Is there a limit to how often I should be using it?

I'm really worried because after using a Q-tip, my ear got totally clogged and I can barely hear anything now. I tried putting Debrox in on the same day but it didn't help. I even went to Urgent Care and the doctor tried flushing my ear, but still no improvement. Now I need to see an ENT. Is there anything they can do? I've had surgery on my ear because there was this small hole, and before that, my ear kept getting wet. It's been 15 days since the surgery, and everything seemed fine, even though I had this heartbeat sound in my ear for the first 45 days. After 8 days, they took the dressing off, and it all seemed normal. But now, on the 14th day post-surgery, there's this non-stop vibrating noise in my ear. Does this mean my surgery didnt work as it should have? It was okay for over two months, and now this. What could be going on?

I've been having this strange issue where every time I sneeze, there's this really bad smell in my nose. I tried washing my nose thoroughly, and it seems to help with the smell. So I'm guessing it might have something to do with mucus. It's only started happening recently, maybe around 2 or 3 times, but the smell is definitely unpleasant. Should I be worried about this for my health, or is it just a weird, harmless phase?
