I'm currently being treated for tuberculosis and have been on medication for about two months. Initially, I was on Akurit 4 for around 1.5 months, but it gave me really bad joint pain, so my doctor switched me to AKT 3. Lately, I've been facing significant hair fall, and I'm worried I might lose all my hair soon. I've also noticed some white strands popping up. Could you please advise on what I can do about this situation?
