Question

I'm currently dealing with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and was given allopathy treatments for it. I'm wondering which would actually be better for me: homeopathy or allopathy? Could you help me figure out which approach might be more effective? I'm really concerned about making the best choice for my health.
