I'm currently on a low dose of isotretinoin, and it's really cleared up my acne. My skin's looking radiant and much fairer lately. I'm curious, does isotretinoin actually help with brightening your complexion? Also, my doctor mentioned switching to tretinoin gel after stopping Accutane. Will tretinoin help me keep this glow and maintain my skin tone?
