I'm currently undergoing treatment for acanthosis nigricans, and my doctor recommended using a radiofrequency technique to get rid of some small black spots under my arm. I recently moved to a new city, and I'm wondering if I can continue this treatment here. Is this something I should be concerned about when changing locations, or can I just find a local specialist to continue with the radiofrequency treatment?
