Question
I'm dealing with Ankylosing Spondylitis and I've noticed my pulse rate is always pretty high, often over 120 per minute. My blood pressure sometimes hits around 14080, with creatinine levels at 0.89. Should I be concerned about my heart rate, and what steps can I take to keep my pulse under 90 and my blood pressure below 12080?
