I'm dealing with this annoying dryness in my throat and mouth every early morning around 4 or 5 am since November. I saw a doctor and had my blood sugar tested through a urine testit was normal. The meds helped for a week, but then the dryness came back. Also, I have this long-term nasal blockage since 2011 after a viral fever. I cant smell much unless my nasal passage clears up or during a cold. Plus, I catch a cold every month or two. I'm confused about who to see for this issue because online it seems like these symptoms could be throat infection, prediabetes, or sinus problems. Could you guide me on which specialist to consult and the right treatment to pursue?

I'm really worried because it's been over 20 days and I just can't seem to sneeze. The issue began when my coworker jokingly hit me hard on the belly after lunch, and I had stomach pain for about 1.5 days after that. Normally, I sneeze around 23 times a day, but ever since then, it's like my nose starts the sneeze feeling, but my lungs just don't follow through. I've heard that sneezing helps get rid of dust particles at 320 kmph, so I'm concerned there might be serious health problems if I can't sneeze. I've even tried things like dusting the house and sniffing black pepper to bring on a sneeze, but nothing works. Could this just be something time will fix on its own, or should I be doing something specific to help? I'm feeling pretty anxious about it all. Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm dealing with a swollen lymph node in my neck and it's really tender and painful when I touch it. I don't have any current infections, but I did have an ear infection that lasted for two weeks. It's been about 20 days since that cleared up. I dont have any unexplained bumps or infections now, and my throat isn't sore. My lips are chapped, though, but that might just be from the cold weather. I'm worried about why my lymph node is swollen. Could this be a sign of cancer?
