I'm dealing with bronchitis I was told by a doctor here in Hong Kong. I don't really have stuff like breathing issues or chest pain but can you guide me on what meds I should take along with my inhaler? Also, I've had this annoying back pain for two days; do you think that's connected?

I've been dealing with this leftover issue in my lungs after having the flu for a few days. It's day 5 now, and I feel okay overall, but I have this annoying frog in my throat. I've been eager to join marine engineering since I was a kid, and I really need to get myself fully prepared for it. I've been dealing with wheezing for the past couple of years, mostly in the mornings when I wake up, but sometimes it happens at other times too. I'm set to join a marine college next year after finishing my BTech, and I need to be in top-notch medical condition. I'm thinking about starting swimming and running every day with the right medical advice and proper diet. Do you think this could help me get fit enough, without any wheezing issues, in a year's time?
