Question

I'm dealing with a cough that's been around for more than 10 years now. All my test reports have come back normal, but it's starting to feel like it could be some kind of allergy. It gets weird because it feels like something is stuck on the right side of my body, from my nose all the way to my chest. Do you have any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?

My friend has this issue where every time she smells something, she starts coughing and it's like her nose gets blocked or something. She's been using a Duolin inhaler and some cough medicine, but it only seems to help temporarily. I'm a 28-year-old woman and for the last couple of months, I've been having some trouble with my breathing off and on. My ECG came back normal, but my RBCs were a bit low at 9.8. I saw a doctor and they gave me antiallergic meds, but they haven't really helped. I'm thinking it might be something to do with allergies because the issue started around wheat harvesting season. There's no wheezing or any sleep discomfort, but it does feel like my deep breaths get interrupted. Can allergies last this long? I'm not having any fever or throat pain, and my tonsils seem fine. Could this breathing trouble be linked to PNS? How can I find out if allergies are the real cause? This is the only health problem I'm dealing with right now.

I'm dealing with a high IgE level of 800 and I've been having allergies to dust and cold, along with a bit of asthma. I just finished my meds but I'm still using the inhaler, Duolin. I'm really curiousare there any ways or medications to lower my IgE levels?
