I'm dealing with dandruff and just started using Scalpe shampoo. Could you tell me the best way to use it? I'm really curious about how often I should apply it and if there's anything specific I need to do to get the best results.

I'm 36 and I'm currently using Tivenca gel, Divaine 50 mg tablets twice daily, Ahaglow face wash, and a CDC solution with calamine, sulphur, and salicylic acid, along with Episoft. Does this sound like the right approach or should I be doing something different?
