I'm dealing with a deviated nasal septum, and it's been bothering me a lot. I really want to go for septoplasty surgery, but I'm super anxious about the idea of using packing because I just can't breathe through my mouth. I'm based in Delhi. Is there any surgeon here who could help with a packing-free procedure? I'm really looking for advice or suggestions on how to proceed.
