Question

I'm dealing with a fever for the past couple of days. It's pretty high, and I've also got body pain and a headache. I've been taking paracetamol and some homeopathic remedies. Do you think this could be viral, or is there something else going on?

Yes that could be flu stay hydrated consume balanced diet,if its becoming worse visit physician for evaluation and appropriate management.
