I'm dealing with an infection in my inner thighs near my penis, and I'm pretty sure it's fungal because the itching is really intense. I've been using itchguard for the past few days but the itch is still really bad. I'm worried and not sure what else to do. Could you suggest something to help with this constant itching?

You may have a fungal infection in the groin area. In addition to using Itchguard cream, I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected area for 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothes, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with these persistent pimples that start small but get pretty big and filled with pus over about 12 days. The skin underneath gets hard and it really hurts. I'm dealing with a bunch of short, frizzy hairs right at the top of my head. They're not little baby hairs, but more like thick, broken hairs, and they just wont seem to grow. I haven't used a straightener in ages because I'm worried about damaging them further. I've got thick, wavy hair, and now these frizzy hairs are making it impossible to wear my hair down without having to use a clip. I've tried everything: hot oil treatments, leave-in conditioners, deep conditioning treatments, and even growth serums, but nothing seems to work. What could possibly be causing this, and is there anything else I can try to get them to grow out or at least calm down? This is really embarrassing.
