I'm dealing with this issue where my eyes start burning randomly, and when it happens, it can last the whole day with intervals of around 23 hours. I'm currently on atomoxetine, which I've read can rarely cause dilated pupils. I've attached a picture of my eyes. Could there be any other reasons for this, and is there anything I can do to help it?

When I went to Lenskart for new glasses due to scratches on my current pair, they said my right eye power is now 4.5. Given that my power is already high and I don't feel any discomfort, should I actually switch to this new prescription? Also, I've always used regular fiber lenses without the blue ray coating that I got from another store. Is it necessary to switch to blue ray lenses now, especially since I spend the whole day working on a computer? Lastly, I just learned about cylindrical power being different too.
