I'm dealing with Laryngopharyngeal reflux and it's been about 5 months now and I'm pretty uncomfortable. Are there any home remedies or over-the-counter medications that could help? I'm really looking for something to ease the symptoms.

I don't have any trouble eating, but when I dry swallow or just swallow saliva, it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat.
