I'm having some pretty bad anal pain that started a couple of days ago, and it came on out of nowhere. I noticed the area is a bit hard on one side, and it's really painful. I'm really worried about my piles. It's been 23 years since they first showed up, and lately, I've been having a lot of pain and irritation during and after going to the bathroom. It's so bad that I cant even stand properly for about 5 minutes, and it takes about 2 hours for the pain to go away. I've cut down on oily and spicy foods and drink plenty of water, but nothing seems to help. I tried Dobesil for a month, and it worked for a while, but then after about 3-4 months, the problem came back. I really need to know if theres a way to treat this with medicine at this stage, or maybe through homeopathy? Is it possible to manage or cure this completely?

I've got this 12-inch soft skin lump hanging around the wrinkle part of my anus, and it's been there for over a year. It's flesh-colored and hasn't caused me any discomfort at all. I'm just wondering, will this lump eventually go away on its own, or is it likely to just stick around?
