Question

I'm dealing with a psoriasis issue that I've had for about 15 years now, and it flares up only during the winter. I've never tried any medication because it usually disappears when summer comes around. It's a flaky kind of psoriasis. Could you please recommend any new treatments or medications that I should consider?
