I'm dealing with rhinitis and bronchitis allergies, and I've been taking AB Phylline and Montair FX as my doctor advised. They mentioned there's no permanent cure for these conditions. Do you have any other suggestions or advice on managing these allergies?

I take Techzine 5 mg every day, but I still get this burning sensation in my eyes, awful itching, and some red spots on my hands and legs whenever I have an allergic reaction. Should I be worried about my IGE being this high? It's freaking me out a bit, so any advice would really help.
