I've been having this issue for the past six months where I notice some white patches on the glans of my penis, which come off easily after washing. Theres also a small red spot inside the foreskin with some light itching. I got a VDRL test done and it came back negative. I've been using zoster ointment, but I'm a bit worried. Whenever I have physical relations, sometimes the glans gets a bit red, and the foreskin seems to shrink and tighten.
