I'm dealing with some pretty annoying burning and itching down there and it's been bothering me a lot. I think it might be because I had an allergic reaction to some vaginal creams I used before. I've stopped using all those creams, gels, and even antibiotics now, so I'm just wondering, is Vwash safe and effective for cleaning and helping with this kind of irritation? I'm really worried because my wife is 9 weeks pregnant and she's been dealing with a UTI. Her urine culture and sensitivity report confirmed it. Our gynecologist initially prescribed her Niftas 100mg twice a day for 10 days, but after 7 days we did another urine test and it still showed bacteria. The doctor now suggested Uriliser Stafcure cv 250mg and Pantop 40 for another week and then a follow-up urine test. We're both really concerned about the safety of these medicines during pregnancy. She's naturally hesitant to take meds right now and quite scared. Could you please advise us on what we should do?
