I'm dealing with something really weird for the first time. I've got an abscess on my buttcrack, and it's been almost a week now, but it hasn't healed yet. I've been trying antibiotics and warmcold presses, but I still don't see the head coming up. I'm a bit unsure about whom I should visit for this. I think draining it out would be best, but shouldn't there be a head before that can happen? What do you think I should do?
