I've been having this really uncomfortable chest tightness and trouble with breathing. My cardiologist didn't find any heart issues, but I'm also dealing with this weird nasal stuffiness and a heavy feeling from the top of my nose towards the back of my head. I'm really worried because about 6 months ago, I had severe vertigo and unfortunately, it's returning. Back then, I was told it was BPPV and the Epley maneuver worked like magic. But now, I'm getting that dizzy spinning sensation again and there's this weird sound in my left ear. I've already gone through audiometry and a brain MRI, and thankfully, those tests came back normal. I'm stuck and not sure what to do next. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on?
