I'm dealing with these blood blisters on my scrotum that I think might be angiokeratomas. They get a bit painful and irritating when I touch them. I'm really hoping to handle this on my own at home, maybe with a cream or something, because I'd rather not involve anyone else. Is RF ablation the only way to get rid of these, or do you have any advice on what else I might try?

Is it safe to take hair fall tablets now, especially with my body still recovering? I'm also noticing that my menstrual days have become painful since my illness, though the cycle's regular. Could all these changes be connected?
