Question
I'm dealing with these lipomas that are gradually getting bigger and I'm really worried about it. The doctor mentioned that surgery might actually cause them to come back, so I'm hesitant about that route. Do you know of any treatments that could help reduce their size or at least stop them from spreading? I'm hoping for a solution that avoids making things worse.

Lipomas can be challenging to manage. Since your doctor mentioned surgical treatment may lead to recurrence, consider the following alternative options to reduce their size: *Non-Surgical Treatments* 1. *Steroid Injections*: Injecting steroids into the lipoma can help reduce its size. 2. *Lipolysis*: A non-surgical procedure that dissolves excess fat using deoxycholic acid injections. 3. *Cryolipolysis*: A non-invasive procedure that freezes fat cells, reducing the lipoma's size. *Natural Remedies* 1. *Turmeric*: Curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce lipoma size. 2. *Neem Oil*: Applying neem oil topically may help reduce inflammation and lipoma size. 3. *Apple Cider Vinegar*: Drinking apple cider vinegar may help reduce inflammation and promote fat breakdown. *Dietary Changes* 1. *Increase Omega-3 Fatty Acids*: Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and flaxseeds, may help reduce inflammation. 2. *Eat Antioxidant-Rich Foods*: Foods high in antioxidants, such as berries and leafy greens, may help reduce inflammation and promote overall health.
