I'm dealing with white patches on my skin and I think it might be vitiligo. I've already seen a doctor before who gave me a prescription for MELGAIN, but it's really pricey. Can you suggest something else that might work?

I've been noticing that my complexion has become really dull and dark recently. I used to have a pretty fair complexion, but ever since I started my weight loss journey and lost about 8 kgs by going to the gym regularly, it's like my skin has been affected negatively. I look pale and dull and have lost that bright glow. Can you suggest anything for this? Oh, and I should mention my skin is oily, prone to acne, and also quite sensitive.
