Question
I'm experiencing a loss of sensitivity at the head of my penis. When I used to masturbate, I would feel an erection, but now I don't feel much. I'm not married yet, and I'm worried about why this is happening and how I can regain that sensitivity. Any thoughts?

Potential Causes* 1. *Over-masturbation*: Frequent or aggressive masturbation can lead to desensitization. 2. *Poor circulation*: Reduced blood flow to the penis can cause numbness or decreased sensitivity. 3. *Nerve damage*: Injury or pressure on the nerves in the pelvic area can affect sensitivity. 4. *Psychological factors*: Stress, anxiety, or depression can contribute to decreased sensitivity. 5. *Medical conditions*: Certain conditions, such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or neuropathy, can affect nerve function and sensitivity. *Regaining Sensitivity* 1. *Take a break*: Avoid masturbation for a while to give your penis a chance to recover. 2. *Practice gentle masturbation*: When you do masturbate, use gentle, light touches to help your penis become more sensitive again. 3. *Improve circulation*: Engage in regular exercise, such as cardio or yoga, to enhance blood flow to the penis. 4. *Manage stress*: Try relaxation techniques, like meditation or deep breathing, to reduce stress and anxiety.
