I've started with the first three and have complemented them with a nutrient-rich diet including sea cod liver oil, eggs, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, and green tea. Thankfully, I've started seeing improvements, like less hair fall and thicker hair. But I'm feeling a bit anxious about using Minopep solution. I've heard that once you start using minoxidil products, you have to keep using them indefinitely. Is that really the case? And does sticking to a good diet really make a difference for hair health?
