I'm experiencing this pain in my left arm and shoulder that started this afternoon. It seems to come and go, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Could this be something serious, or is there anything I can do to relieve it?

My aunt recently had a TMT test which came back positive, so she had a CAG done afterward. The doctor said everything looked normal, with no artery blockages, but she was still given medicine for heart attack prevention and blood circulation. At those moments, I can really feel my heart beating faster when I put my hand on my chest. I did talk to a cardiologist about it, and they recommended an ECG, which turned out normal. But I'm still really worried. Could these be warning signs, and should I consider getting more heart-related tests just to be on the safe side?
