I'm experiencing this pinching feeling in my scrotum, kind of like someone poking me with a pin, and it's super embarrassing when I'm trying to sit in public. Adjusting my testicles or penis doesnt seem to help at all, and I just can't resist the urge to itch down there. It comes on at random times and sometimes the pain is just too much to handle. When I look at my scrotum, it seems completely normal. What's going on?
