Question

I'm experiencing some concerning symptoms after being prescribed certain medicines for my breathing issues and high IGE levels. I've been taking Omnacortil, starting at 40 mg and tapering down, but after finishing the 30 mg dose yesterday, I decided not to take it today because I've been having blurred vision, confusion, and feeling really weak. I've also stopped taking Histafree M two days ago, and I finished my course of L Cin 500. The only thing I'm still taking is Zincovit. Could these symptoms be caused by the medication, or is there something else going on? I'm really worried and would love some advice.

I'm dealing with TB and I've got some fluid in my lungs that's causing me chest pain. The doctor already took some of the fluid out, and that's how they figured out I have TB from the lab results.
