I'm experiencing some shortness of breath since yesterday. I've never had this issue before, and there seems to be some pressure in my upper and inner nose as well. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I'm in the military and ended up in Germany about a year and a half ago. Running's always been my thing and I've never had issues with it before. But then last August, out of nowhere, I started feeling this sharp chest pain when I was out on a run. At first, it didn't show up until around three miles in, but now I can't even manage a mile without feeling it. I got an inhaler and it worked at the beginning, but now it seems useless.
