Question

I'm experiencing this strange vibration in my left chest and it sometimes spreads to my left hand. It's been happening for a few years whenever I cry, cough, or laugh. It feels like something's going to burst out of my chest. I'm a bit worried and not sure which kind of specialist I should see. Any recommendations?
