Question

I'm experiencing upper abdomen pain and loose motions, and my family doctor said it might be because of the augmentin 625 tablets I'm taking. I started using BIFILAC as he suggested, and it worked, but whenever I stop taking it, the loose motions come back. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm new to Bangalore, and I'm wondering if it's the change in food that's causing this. Could you help me figure out what's happening?

I've been dealing with acidity for the past six months and I'm getting a bit worried. I've tried staying away from hot milk products like tea and coffee, and that seems to help a little. Whenever it's really bad, I take a PAN 40 tablet and mix some Eno in water. But sometimes I also have this chest pain, especially when I lie down. I've been feeling pretty rough with some nausea and fever on and off. I just got my test results back, and my bilirubin levels are showing a total of 1.3 with direct at 0.4 and indirect at 0.9. My SGPT is at 21.8 and SGOT at 25.9. Does this mean I have jaundice? I'm a bit worried and could really use some advice on how to manage my bilirubin levels.
