Question

I'm experiencing weight loss and abdominal pain after eating, and I feel full even after a small meal. There's also this constant irritation in my stomach. My doctor suggested an endoscopy which showed I have gastric ulcers. I've heard from some people that medicine might not be the best way to treat ulcers and that home remedies can help. Can you give me some advice on what I should do about this?

I'm really struggling with eating properly these past two weeks. Every time I try to eat food like chapati or rice, I feel like I'm going to vomit, and sometimes I actually do, even if it's just fruits. It's really concerning, and I don't know what's going on.
