I'm experiencing a weird sound in my right ear every now and then. It kind of sounds like a motor running or a continuous 'gu gu gu' noise. I can't quite figure it out. It mostly happens when I'm trying to sleep, and sometimes it just stops on its own. I'm really confused about what's going on. Any idea what this could be?

He said its just food debris and removed a small part of it, but it hasn't all gone away. He mentioned not removing all of it to avoid blood loss and just told me to do warm gargles and take Zadonase tablets. Should I be worried about this spot hanging around?
