I'm feeling pretty worried because I have a sore throat and just noticed some red bumps at the back of my mouth. I've had a sore throat plenty of times, but I never checked inside my mouth before, so Im not sure if these bumps are normal. Ive also got a cough and a bit of a stuffy nose. Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?

Doc, I just found out I've tested positive for Covid19. I've got a bit of a cold and my temperature's been hovering between 99 to 100 F since the 18th of June. I got tested today because of it. I've been really worried because I lost my sense of smell around October 14th or 15th. I got tested on the 16th and my ct value came back as 27. I've been isolating since the 15th, and I haven't had any other symptoms. My oxygen, pulse, and temperature have all been normal, and thankfully my sense of smell has returned. I'm just wondering, when is it safe for me to come out of isolation?
