I'm feeling really worried because after having sex for the first time, I've noticed that one side of my penis is swelling up. How long does it usually take for this kind of thing to go back to normal? Should I be concerned?

The swelling on one side of your penis after first-time sex could be due to a condition called penile Mondor's disease, a thrombophlebitis of the superficial dorsal vein, or other possible causes like trauma or friction during sex, and while it's usually a self-limiting condition
